Mr Bowman prevented a man stricken with some type of heart failure from getting CPR, ostensibly because the man was HIV positive. According to the accounts, his friend was stacy keach giving him CPR and the police chief ordered him to stop and pulled him off his friend because of the man's HIV status. He also apparently told the ambulance drivers the man had HIV and "to be careful". I occasionally get hatemail from people who believe I'm too hard on stacy keach the rural areas of our country for its ignorance, yet I never receive any evidence to the contrary! If stacy keach you didn't have so many ignorant fucks congregating in your communities, I wouldn't single you out as bastions of idiocy! This bumblefuck police chief is a classic example. Many of you elected Bush, twice. Many of you have seriously uneducated ideas about health care issues that affect all of us - case in point HIV. And many of you put too much emphasis on Friday night high school football and too little on your children's science and mathematics classes!
