He was admitted overnight before my shift started. A very thin man, it was clear the debi mazar disease was taking its toll. His labs show his viral load in excess of 700,000 and his CD4 is at about 95. He's on debi mazar multiple cocktails but as you can see, it's not helping much. One good infection and he won't be with us any debi mazar longer.He was extremely pleasant with me and chatty. There wasn't a lot of psych stuff in his chart since he was just admitted so I sat and asked a few questions to get a better idea of him for my own benefit.
