Unfortunately for me, though, he did show up. I ended up joining a couple other people, including a judge, in a pick-up game of Diplomacy at stella bridger a different table. It was only a five-man configuration instead of the normal/optimal seven, so the game dynamics were completely different. I drew Austria-Hungary, and allied with Russia and Turkey to attack France and stella bridger England. To say that "we were destined for success" would be an understatement. ;-) stella bridger Luckily, I got home at a decent hour tonight (unlike George, who won't get out of his last game until 1 a.m.).. Tomorrow, I've only got one game scheduled, and I'm planning to try and catch up on sleep tomorrow night. Monday is another long-ass drive back east. Off to relax now, and finish up my Steak'n'Shake dinner, and see if I can find something going on @ 8:00 a.m. that strikes my interest, or if I'm going to just do a last trip through the exhibit hall instead.
