It is still the best, and as I mentioned before, will be getting better. All 70 of the people who run ICQ's day-to-day operations will be staying with the company, which will still be located in Israel, not Virginia. Oh well, no big deal. Something tells me they are going to get along just fine with a few less confused malcontents like yourself. |

Simply go to the ICQ Menu, Preferences, then Connection and uncheck the box next to "Launch Default Web Browser When Connection Is Detected." |
