I'm still in the middle of getting that "accident" crap behind me and I now have a court date set for the 29th of August to go and beat the bogus ticket heather champ I got from that incident. The P.T.B. are trying to pin me with an "unsafe passing on right" violation but I did that to avoid the collision. Plus, the law enforcement agent that took my information that day was NOT the agent who issued the heather champ citation. I sent heather champ the judge a notarized affidavit stating that if he doesn't dismiss this, that I will have no choice but to put his Sheriff on the witness stand and make him commit perjury.
