| I have my bank on several counts of fraud. I shit you not. By demanding the alleged tax that I allegedly owe, ASSOCIATED BANK is acting as tax collector and I'm being denied my Constitutional due process in regard to that issue. Under UCC I may "revoke for cause" in that I was not fully disclosed the full details of the contract, I'm denied my substance, plus the contract is unconcsionable (which means it's heavily stacked in their favor), and by what is tantamount to forcing me to default on my mortgage through coercion and threats in demanding that I pay this alleged tax, they are acting as tax collectors, and that my friends is fraud! |
