Just frame what anyone who disagrees with you says as "talking points" and there is no need to respond to points made or support counter-claims with cites, facts, or reasoned argument. Then head off into a series of leading questions and moral indignation and you're done. Yes, I support the Iraq War and that's a long controversial discussion. There are reasons to oppose this war and that's where I started, but after much research, thought and soul-searching, I ended up supporting the war.
