If people are able to easily publish their maria pitillo schedule and organize events, and this is done with a good focus on the user and usability, then this will be a great way to organize a team as a side effect. Now I know. "Groupware", for me, has always been software that was beareaucrat-laden, bloated software that never did what I wanted it to do (at least not easily) and always tried to stick me into using its Magic Format^(tm).
