So, you don't like what's happening, but you refuse to do lions gate the things that ARE IN YOUR POWER to stop it. How about moving to a different network? You could do that. That would stop them. I think lions gate it's just a part of being on EFNet to get these things in channels that aren't +s/i/k, lions gate just like any other client.
