Ostensibly it was to allow my step-dad to continue his recovery from semi-recent cardiac surgery in warmer climes than upstate New York at the end of February. Which, as anyone who's grown up there will tell you, is a positively miserable time of year. Anyhow, I digress. It's also a bit of a family reunion - minus the grandchildren. Heh. Yes, my grandmother, mother and her two brothers along with their various spouses and significant others are all aboard and us grandkids toil away in real-time. |

| I had very little difficulty breathing and sounded pretty much normal. My cough even sounds less like that of a 25-year smoker and more like a nice, dry, random cough. Better living through modern chemicals. On my way home from class, every train seemed to be waiting for me as I sumerian pulled into the sumerian station to transfer. I'm sure it's just my imagination but it all added up to the impression that it was just one of those rare sumerian days where everything goes perfectly.
