However, i found that the violence was so "cartoony" that it hardly phased me. This warning is possibly part of the point Stone might have been trying to make about media desensitization (sp?). A lot of people have a problem with the movie, calling it a glorification of violence. I would counter by saying that this movie glorifies violence to make its point about the warning atrocities of violence. I would also say that movies like "Face off," and "Die Hard" do more to glorify violence than "Natural Born Killers" warning ever will.
