And, here's a nice little gem. televison When I came on shift today, the patient with VRE's chart was televison missing. The residents had taken it on rounds. And weren't anywhere to be found. At this point, neither the nurse coming off shift, my preceptor or myself knew that the patient had tested positive for VRE. The doctors had noted it in the chart, but took the chart with them. |
