They didn't advertise it. See, it was strongest in film, and in that period I didn't work in film. Big studios, that's where it took its heaviest toll. In radio, only on a few biggies. But I did hundreds of radio shows and I was just a voice. I was not identified. I was not a "biggie." You knock off a biggie, you set an example, so everybody else will run scared. |
