| Jonny: It's my mother! Andy: What essential changes did you make between the first album and the second? Jonny: I think musica that we learned how to play our instruments (laughter) Mike: I think that the biggest change was the frame of mind of the band. The way the band itself approached the project. Jonny: The way we worked together. The first album we were so rushed. We wrote it like that musica (snaps fingers). We wrote it in a pretty unorthidox way. musica We were still becoming who we were. We got signed in seven months. So we were (snaps fingers) and that's unheard of. So we hadn't really developed. When we started on this record it was a challenge for us. It was a huge obstacle. We fucking wrote the record we wanted to write. This is what we are. Andy: What are some funny things that have happened to you on tour? Mike: We can't talk about that. Jonny: Something really funny happened to me last night. I trashed the dressing room and then Disturbed made a fake invoice saying that I owed them $1,800 for trashing their dressing room. |
