- Kakistocracy ] Pretty much like this: The government had a fairly solid case against “confessed al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui,” a man who has been jumping up and down since 9/11 saying “Me too! Me TOO! THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ME!!” They were, y’know, trying to prove he was as guilty as HE WAS TELLING EVERYONE HE WAS… So, yeah… open and shut case? Right? Not so much… ALEXANDRIA, Va. (March 13) — An angry federal judge considered Monday whether to dismiss the government’s death penalty case against confessed al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui after a federal attorney coached witnesses in violation of her rules. “I do not want to act precipitously,” U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema said in scheduling a special hearing on the case Tuesday, but she said that it was “very difficult for this case to go forward.”
