Actually, I didn't like it, so they just called me it more. It just stuck with me like a nickname. So let's talk about "Bi-Polar." Why a nu metal album and a rap album on the same disc? My main focus is on the rock stuff just because of everything I've been through. |

| In 1998, Ice stepped into the nu metal aroundthe bend arena and released "Hard to Swallow." He aroundthe bend is currently touring in support of "Bi-Polar," an album with eight nu metal tracks aroundthe bend and 16 rap tracks that mark his return to rhymes.
