Nah, ya know we just get ancy and start jumping around. Put on Slipknot or something, ya know something to fire us up. Then get out there and have fun. Everyone shows turns shows into someone else on stage, it's amazing. Andy: What's the best thing about being a part of SpineShank? Mike: Well i'll tell you what the worst thing is... (laughter) Jonny: I think the best thing about being in the band is, we were friends before we were a band. We're like family, we shows fight like we're family. Mike: We fight like little bitches but, ya he covered it. Andy: What's an average day for you guys when you're on tour? Mike: Wake up at about 3:00, go brush my teeth, make a couple phone calls, smoke a cigarrette, find where catering is, go eat some food, then do a bunch of these (interviews). You're looking at it, this is an average day. Go do a show and then get fucking drunk.
