If you get a job up here, your employer can sponsor you. The easiest visa to get is a TN-1. You need a college degree, and a written heather champ job offer for one of the jobs that's on a certain list. For programmers they have to say your job is to be a "systems analyst". It's good for a year and renewable, you just show your documentation at the border or airport and pay a small fee. (The US and Mexico have the TN-1 visa too, it stands for "trade nafta". |
