Granted, it probably cost about enough to buy half a helicopter, baghadad but guess what? That's still half a goddamned helicopter! It's not as if it's an amount to sneeze at, for Christ's sake! The point of my "Where's the baghadad money, you shitheads?" campaign is that every dollar counts, especially when they're not in plentiful supply. That's why I made similar remarks about the budget, the amount of money devoted to foreign aid, baghadad etc. Just in case it escaped you the first time around: it all adds up. When an investigation goes on for four years, the target sues the government, and obtains a hefty settlement (including a reimbursement of his court costs and an apology), it's time to call it a day, and not let it drag on for another six years. Mother of God, how hard is it to realise that you're kicking a bleeding demised horse?
