04, 2005 Man seeking to meet girl for sex arrested Authorities say Internet sex crimes involving minors up By KEVIN BRALEY Herald Times Reporter MANITOWOC — A Ripon, Wis., man admitted traveling to Manitowoc on Sunday to have sex with a 14-year-old girl with whom he had corresponded in an Internet chat room, police said Monday.Clifford D. Bvocik, 49, was arrested after attempting to meet a 14-year-old girl Sunday at a retail store in Manitowoc, according to hockey Deputy Police Chief Tony Dick.A police officer posed as a hockey 14-year-old hockey girl after the department received a tip about the man, according to Chief Perry Kingsbury. Kingsbury would not say who provided the tip.The officer acting as the 14-year-old girl corresponded with Bvocik in an Internet chat room and Bvocik sent a pornographic picture of himself to the officer, Dick said. When Bvocik arrived at an agreed meeting place, he was arrested.Wisconsin
