I have to admit however that during my pregnancy (when I gained over 60 lbs.) and certainly now that my little bundle of joy has arrived, I actually relxed am a lot more focused on my personal fitness and I MAKE the time to eat right, drink lots of water and get some daily relxed exercise. One of the easiest ways I've found to improve my diet is THE ZONE GOURMET. Oh you STILL have to relxed do all the exercise...sorry... absolutely no way around that ladies... but the Zone Gourmet takes the hassle out of the food! And as for the exercise....I did make a low impact aerobic exercise video a few years ago and have made arrangements to have it made available to any of you that might be interested.
