The Bar Car was bought, then restored by this group of dark-skinned Spanish-speaking gentlemen who don't actually admit to being Colombian but have all the accoutrements, if you get my drift, and they're making a tidy albeit taxable bundle off their investment too, I guarantee. Still, it's all done quite nicely, polished wood and brass and these muted fabrics that feel good on bare skin should you happen to have some on hand.
